On a personal level, the things I enjoy most about my work are the combination of diversity and creativity. No two days are the same and no two policies are the same. My team and I have the freedom to be creative in order to develop a solution to serve the individual customer’s needs. This requires a level of intellectual curiosity and the desire to engage with our partners on a deep level. This may be anything from geopolitics to complex financial instruments and, regardless of the subject; there is always room to learn more.
